Painting and refinishing 

Whether you need a quick coat of paint to prepare a commercial property for sale or are upgrading to increase the value of your investment, we can advise on the right product and finish that suits your budget.    

For exteriors, Eco Coating Systems uses and recommends premium, heat-reflective, and acrylic paints for a longer-lasting finish with an even sheen. For public-facing areas, we can recommend a suitable anti-graffiti coating that will offer heavy-duty protection. We can also take care of full interior repaints.

Exterior protective coating systems

Nothing makes a statement quite like a rendered finish. For an exterior protective coating that will last the difference and deliver a modern look, we recommend using a render and paint system. 

Render and paint systems offer an even, textured appearance with excellent weatherproofing capabilities and crack resistance. The surface is also easy to clean and maintain which an important characteristic of any exterior commercial finish.

Depending on your substrate, render can be used for a full exterior or highlight feature areas of your building such as columns, coloured highlights and entry areas for a fresh, contemporary look.

Commercial flooring

The right flooring for a commercial property will depend on a number of factors including the type of activity that is undertaken, safety requirements, whether there is vehicle traffic, and if there is a showroom or retail component.

Epoxy Flake Flooring: seamless, hard-wearing, decorative flake appearance which is low maintenance and UV resistant.

Recoating: we can also recoat worn existing flooring with a low odour, water-based Epoxy or Polyurethane.
